Online Application For Teacher Transfer
If any teacher wants to apply for transfer to the MP Education Portal, they have to follow the simple steps given below:-
- Firstly, the teachers have to visit the Online Employee Transfer Management System of MP Higher education portal (educationportal.mp.gov.in)
- On the top of the homepage, you can see the login option
- Now, the teachers have to click on that option
- After that, the login page will appear on your screen
- Teachers can login with their user name and password
- Now, you can Register Application for Transfer
- Subsequently, fill in all the information given in the form
- After that, lock the application after reviewing the details entered in the voluntary transfer application.
- Most importantly, you should not make any mistakes in the application, because after locking, you will not be able to update/modify any information in the application.
- Moreover, the teacher must upload the application cum declaration form with his signature on the portal.
- Finally, submit your application for transfer.
- After verification of your application, if everything is fulfilled, then you will be Issued Portal Generated Transfer Order
- Consequently, Joining at new School of Posting
- Similarly, you can apply for mutual transfer in the same method, here you have to select mutual transfer instead of voluntary transfer

- After that, a page will open and you have to fill the details given below
- Employee Code and enter the Captcha code
- Finally, click on the ‘View Details‘ button and it will show the status of your transfer order

- On the homepage, under the School Management Tab, click on the ‘View Private School’s Text Books‘ option
- Now, select the District, Block and CLass Name
- After that, enter your school name and you will see the list of details on the page which are give below
- District, School and its address
- Class, Subject, Book Name, Author Name, ISB No., MRP of the book and the Added on date
Search Schools on MP Education Portal
- Firstly, visit the official Madhya Pradesh Education Portal
- On the homepage, click on the ‘Search Schools‘ option under School Management Tab
- On the new page, you have to select your District and Type of school
- Now, you will get the following list of school details on your computer screen
